Small house. Circa early C19. Stuccoed front, otherwise painted rubble. Grouted
scantle slate roof with brick chimneys over the gable ends. Cast iron ogee gutters.
Plan: Double depth plan including integral single-storey rear outshut. 2
approximately equal rooms at the front flanking a cross passage leading to a stair
between 2 rear service rooms.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Nearly symmetrical 2 window front with stucco quoin strips.
Approximately central doorway with original 6-panel door with moulded lock rail and
flush-beaded bottom panels. Original 12-pane hornless sashes.
Interior: Not inspected.
