House, with shop at ground floor. Early C19 with later alterations and additions.
Rendered stone rubble, with hipped slate roof and brick stack to rear.
One room wide, double depth plan, with entrance to front room, now shop, at front of
left side, and entrance to house at rear of left side. Rear service wing.
2 storeys and attic on plinth, ground floor has C20 shop window, first floor has cill
band course in granite, central round-headed 16-pane sash with splayed glazing bars
and blind sidelights, second floor has 2 C20 2-light windows. Left side in granite
rubble, with granite quoins at first and second floor level, C20 shop door to right
and door to house to left. At first floor to right, 2-pane sash. 2 storey service
wing attached to rear, with pitched roof, and further 1½ storey addition with door
with brick segmental head.
