House, early C19, of 2 builds. Coursed herringbone-tooled sandstone; pantiled
roof with stone ridge, copings and kneelers, brick stack. 2 storeys, 2 and 2
bays. Victorian 4-panel door in left bay of right part. To right, on both
floors, 16-pane sashes recessed in wood box frames. Late C19 or early C20 casement
at first floor left. In left bay of left part, boarded garage doors under
wood lintel with carved mask. Modern cross casement on right. Similar upper
left casement. Fixed light with glazing bars top right. Curved kneeler at
right and offset end chimney; block kneeler at left. Taller rear elevation to
river, 3 storeys and basement, blank but for a small basement window and a small
modern first-floor window. Small lean-to south extension with Yorkshire sash on
end.
