House, mid C19. Coursed tooled-and-margined sandstone; pantiled roof with stone
coping and kneeler, brick stacks. 3 storeys, 1 wide bay. Right 6-panel door
with overlight under gabled hood on full-length brackets. To left a 21-pane
window, with top central opening panel, under bracketed flat hood; 16-pane
sashes on upper floors; all have window boxes. Small inserted casement at top
left. Coping and kneeler at right; end chimneys.
Plaque records: LEO WALMSLEY 1892-1966 AUTHOR lived here 1894 - 1913.
