House, possibly early C19. Re-used stone, some plain, some with different toolings,
in uneven courses. Pantiled roof with stone ridge, copings and kneelers,
brick stack. Welsh slates on attic. Right bay and attic recently raised and
rendered. Main part 2 storeys and attic, 2 bays; 2-storey, 1-bay right extension.
Left Victorian 6-panel door, top glazed, under bracketed cornice hood.
Right former shop window, of 3 lights below and 6 above, with fluted pilasters
and bracketed cornice hood. 2 C20 windows on first floor. Wide, rendered attic
has 4-light casement. Copings on very rough kneelers; right and chimney.
Slightly set-back right bay has modern plate-glass window in old doorway, small
sash at right and modern window above. Included for group value.
