Racecourse grandstand, now house. Mid C18. Limestone ashlar, Westmorland
slate roof. 2 storeys, 4 first-floor windows. 2 sashes with glazing bars
flanked by blocked doorways, all with keyed wedge lintels. First floor:
sashes with glazing bars with wedge lintels, the second being blocked, all
resting on continuous sill. Gable coping, shaped kneelers. Stack rising
through rear pitch of roof. Disused at time of resurvey.
