2/103 Boon woods Farmhouse

GV II

Farmhouse. Mid C18 Coursed limestone rubble; pantile roof; rebuilt stone
and brick stacks. 3-cell, hearth-passage plan, with outshut. 2-storey, 3-
window front. C20 half glazed, panelled door to right of centre. All
windows are 2-light, large pane horizontal sliding sashes with stone sills.
All openings have painted grooved wedge lintels. Yorkshire Insurance
Firemark of 1824 between first floor windows to left. Coped gables and
shaped kneelers. End and right of centre stacks.
