GV II

House. Late C18, with later addition. Coursed squared limestone; brick
rear extension; pantile roof; brick stacks. Central stairhall plan,
1½ rooms deep, with rear service wing added. 2-storey, symmetrical 3-window
front. Central 6-panel door beneath divided rectangular fanlight. All
windows are 2-light, small pane, horizontal sliding sashes with stone sills.
All openings have heavy, milled lintels. Coped gables, and shaped kneelers.
End stacks. Interior: closed string staircase with stick balusters, moulded
handrail ramped up to landings, and octagonal-newel posts.
