Farmhouse. Mid-late C18, with later alteration. Dressed sandstone,
rendered on left gable wall; pantile roof; brick stacks. Central stairhall
plan, 1 room deep, with service extension to left and continuous outshut.
2-storey, 2-window front, with 1½-storey single window wing to left. C20
part-glazed central door, flanked by 2-light, large pane casements with
stone sills. Two similar windows to first floor. All openings have
tripartite keyed lintels. Windows to wing are similar with milled lintel to
ground floor only. Coped gables with shaped kneelers. End stacks. Rear:
single storey with catslide roof. Unoccupied at time of resurveyand
undergoing renovation.
