Public house. Mid C18. Red brick in Flemish bond and stone slate roof.
3 storeys, 4 bays. Bay 2 has a 6-panel door, with a C20 porch, having
2 columns, a frieze and cornice. This is flanked by 2 canted bay windows
each with stone cill, plinth, 16-pane sashes with 4-pane sashes at sides,
frieze and cornice. Right-hand bay has 6-panel door in flush wood
architrave with flat brick arch. 1st floor: 16-pane sashes; 2nd floor:
8 pane sashes; all with stone cills and flat brick arches. Eaves band. End
stacks.
