An early Cl9 brick house with a gault brick front with a panelled parapet. Tie
centre panel has the initials S P above the date 1811. 2 storeys. 3 window range,
double-hung sashes with glazing bars, in plain reveals, with stuccoed flat arches,
The ground storey windows are set in segmental arched recesses with stuccoed arches.
A raised stucco band runs between the storeys. There is a central 6-panel door
with a semi-circular fanlight, set in a double, semi-circular arched recess. The
front is protected by iron spearhead railings.

Nos 100 to 116 (even) with Nos 2 to 6 (even) (Campen's Cottages) and the Alcove,
Brook Hill form a group.
