NU 2020 RENNINGTON ROCK VILLAGE

15/208 Dovecote 30 metres
south-east of
Rock Farmhouse
GV II

Dovecote, mid- to late C19. Tooled squared stone with ashlar dressings;
Welsh slate roof with timber latern. Hexagonal plan. Plinth. Chamfered
doorway, moulded string at mid-height and chamfered boarded window opening
above door; both openings have hoodmoulds. Pyramidal roof; low lantern has
3 arched pigeon holes in each face and pyramidal cap. Interior shows brick
wall boxes and alighting bands.
