9/11 Garden wall and gate
piers east and north of
Doddington South Farm

Gate piers and garden wall. C18 and C19. Random rubble, gate piers ashlar.

Square gate piers with pyramidal caps.

To left of gates a short section of serpentine wall, ramped down, with steeply
pitched coping.

To right of gates similar walling rises higher and divides to become a double wall,
one set behind and above. the other. The lower wall is supported by C20 sloped
buttresses.

At north-east corner and on north side the wall is again single and c.15 ft high.
