19/2 Stable block at Hall Place,
adjoining on the north east

Part of former stable block, now used for storage. C18. Brick, stone dressings;
low-pitched slate roof. Rectangular plan with arched coachway through centre to
former stable yard. 2 storeys. Chimneys on left and right with offset heads and
clay pots. 3-bay symmetrical east front. Plinth, blocking course and moulded cornice
breaking round corner pilasters. Central wooden clock and bell tower with moulded
cornice. Sash windows with glazing bars, keystones and gauged brick arches. Large
round central brick arch with stone imposts and later keystone.
