House. Dated 1668 and 1715. Coursed rubble gritstone with quoins, plain gables end ridge stacks and single side wall stack, welsh slates and modern concrete tiles. 'T' plan, with earlier lower range gable end to street. South elevation; two storeys and attics, three bays with mainly two light flush mullioned openings and with heads linked in projecting band course. C20 glazing. Above single light stair window, semi-circular headed tablet inscribed.

Modern single storey extension to centre of ground floor. North elevation has moulded architrave to surround and segmental stone hood. Former doorway to earlier range has lintel dated 1668.
