C19 earlier-mid. 2 storeys. 3 windows. Tiled roofs. Gault brick. Parapet,
with moulded cornice and gabled bay with coping at east end. Gauged segmental
brick arches to recessed sash windows with glazing bars. Stucco doorcase with
glazing bars. Stucco doorcase with pilasters carrying entablature and panelled
door. Included for group value.

Nos 28 and 30 form a group.
