Village Hall, former chapel. Circa 1840-50, converted 1935. Rubble laid to rough
courses, exposed to front and roughcast to end and rear; stone rubble stack with
C20 brick top; slate roof. Gable-ended hall facing north-east with left (south-
east) end stack to vestry. Single storey ancillary block on left end. Once-
symmetrical 3-window front of tall Tudor arched windows with glazing bars which
have Gothic pattern in the arch. Door left of centre has 1935 brick and corrugated
iron porch with a plaque above inscribed Jubilee Hall, 1935. Original doorway
blocked in left end wall.
Interior not inspected. Faces onto an attractive square by the churchyard which
comprises buildings of various dates.
