Farmhouse. Late C17. Rendered stone and cob with an asbestos slate roof, gabled at
ends; right end stack, rear lateral stack.
Plan: On a roadside site. 2 room and cross passage plan with a kitchen to the right
and a parlour to the left, separate entrance on front at right.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 4 window front with a C20 timber front door to
left of centre with a flat porch hood, plank door to the right. Set of C19 and C20
small pane timber casements.
Interior: Unmodernized this century. The right hand room only inspected, this has a
chamfered scroll-stopped crossbeam and C19 wall, cupboards on the rear wall. Early
fireplaces and other features may exist behind the wall plaster.
