House and adjoining cottage, former almshouse. Probably C18 or earlier. Whitewashed
rendered cob and stone ; thatched roof, gabled at ends ; end stacks and 2 axial
stacks.
Plan: Single depth plan, presumably 4 dwellings originally.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Long 4 window front with 2 adjacent doorways, one with a
thatched porch, to left of centre. 2-light casement windows glazed with C20 leaded
panes.
Interior: Not inspected but may retain features of interest.
Group value with other buildings in an exceptionally unspoiled village centre.
