Pair c.1840. 3 storeys stuccoed. Slate roof. Dentilled eaves cornice.
5 sashes in all with moulded architraves and verticals only. No 20 has modern
shopfront. No 21 has an inscription "The Constitutional Club" and a good cast
iron balcony.
