Cottage. Circa early C20 for Christine Hamlyn. Rendered and colourwashed; gable-ended slate roof; end brick stacks.

Plan; symmetrical front. Central entrance stair hall, flanking rooms.

Exterior: two storeys, three windows, casements with glazing bars, of one, two and three-lights, small panes. Central door opening, half-glazed door. Large later gabled rubble porch with a slate roof.

Interior: not inspected.
