House in row. Late C18 or early C19 front, possibly earlier interior. Smooth
rendered, asbestos-cement slate roof. Two storeys, one window; canted flat-
roofed bay with plain glass casement under triple 4:12:4-pane sash to stone
cill. Left is C20 studded door in plain pilaster surround to heavy consoles and
cornice. Small plinth superficially similar to No 6 (qv) but with steeper roof,
and independent from same.
