House, late C18. Coursed sandstone, some with herringbone tooling, possibly
re-used; pantiled roof with stone dressings, brick stacks. 2 storeys and attic,
2 windows. Off-centre 6-panel door, with blocked segmental radial fanlight,
under gabled wood hood on shaped brackets. Flanking windows on both floors are
16-pane sashes with projecting cills. Central roof dormer with l0-pane window.
end chimneys, the right partly rebuilt; gable coping and prominent curved
kneeler at left.
