GV II
House with shop, mid-late C19 on older base. Coursed tooled-and margined sand-
stone; plain stone below ground-floor cills; Welsh slate roof. 3 storeys, 2
bays. Off-centre garage door with shop window at right, both under continuous
wood cornice. Flanking 4-panel doors with overlights, the right up 3 steps and
with taller overlight (because of hill slope). 4-pane sashes with stone cills
on upper floors. Included for group value.
