House. Late C18 with later alteration. Dressed sandstone front with flush
quoins, on brick plinth; variegated brick returns in English garden wall
bond; slate roof with brick stacks. Central-entry plan, 1½ rooms deep.
2-storey, 3-window front. 6-panel door beneath divided overlight, flanked
by 12-pane sashes. 2-light, 8-pane horizontal-sliding sashes on first
floor. Painted stone sills to all windows. Painted wedge lintels to
ground-floor openings. Painted keyblock lintels to first floor. Projecting
eaves cornice. Coped gables, shaped kneelers and end stacks.
