Detached house. Early C19. Stone, rendered, under pyramidal slate roof, with
rendered stack at apex. Rectangular plan. 2 storeys.
Front: Symmetrical 3-bay front projects leaving angles clear; 4-light windows to
either side of entrance to both storeys, 6 panes per light; 2-light window, 6
panes per sash, above porch, which itself projects; upper windows with little bead
moulding to chamfers. Porch with Ham Hill stone segmentally-headed arch with hood
mould. Overhanging eaves with shaped brackets.
Roadside elevation: 2-window range, four 2-light ogival-headed casement windows in
all, 21 leaded panes per light with margin panes, and coloured glass in apex.
Pendant to eaves fascia. 2 similar windows to rear. Interior not inspected.
