Cottage. Late C17. Roughcast cob on stone footings; gable end corrugated iron
roof. Small 2-room cottage; the doorway originally led straight into the right-
hand room but there is now a small internal lobby; right-hand external end stack,
with front corner newel stair built into the thickness of the stack.
Exterior: Front : one C19 casement window only to first floor : 2-light casement
window to left of brick porch. Leanto at rear.
Interior: heated room : chamfered cross ceiling beam with scroll stops; fireplace
blocked. Left-hand room with 2 chamfered, unstopped axial ceiling beams. 2 roof
trusses with straight principals.
