House. C18, C19 refenestration. Cob and rubble walls, thatched roof to gabled
ends, 3 stacks with brick shafts at the rear.
Plan and development: single room depth. Entrance hall with straight-flight
staircase roughly to the centre, 2 small rooms, one opening into the other to the
left, first room with a rear lateral stack, second room with a rear corner-stack.
Roof to right of the entrance hall with rear lateral stack.
Exterior: 2 storeys, 2:2 windows. 6-pane narrow sash windows with exposed sash
boxes. Central door opening, half-glazed door, half-glazed porch.
Interior: much remodelled in the C19. 2 left ground floor rooms with fireplaces
with short low wooden bressumers, unchamfered. Simpler C18 or C19 straight-flight
staircase.
Roof: C18 roof with collars pegged to the face of the straight principals.
