Shop with accommodation above. c1740. Hammer-dressed stone, stone slate roof.

North facade: three storeys, two first-floor windows. Massive quoins. Sash with glazing bar in keyed stone surround to left with external staircase to right leading to first-floor board door beneath brick keyed wedge lintel. To left: first- and second-floor sashes with glazing bars in painted brick keyed surrounds. To right: two tall fixed windows divided only by sill, in similar keyed brick surround. Gable coping, shaped kneelers, corniced end stacks.

East facade: board door in massive milled stone surround to right and C20 bay window to left. Sashes with glazing bars beneath stone lintels to first and second floors.
