House. Early C19. Solid rendered walls. Slated roof, hipped at
the front. Rendered chimney on left side-wall. 3 storeys;
single-storey lean-to to left. 2-window range, with 1 window
in lean-to. Front elevation, facing Lower Meddon Street, has
doorway to right, the position of the right-hand ground-storey
window adjusted to accommodate it. Door has beaded wood frame,
the lintel decorated with a diamond-shaped panel; frieze and
moulded cornice above. Windows have 8-paned sashes in
box-frames. Return front to Bull Hill has one matching window
in each storey. Plain board below the eaves on both fronts.
