Early C19. 2 storeys, attic and basement with area. 3 windows.
Stuccoed front, the side red brick and grey headers alternately.
Windows in wide moulded frames, those on the 1st floor having
cornices over them. Glazing bars missing on ground floor. Hipped
gable with cornice, 1 window in gable. Slate roof. Balcony
on 1st floor supported by 4 slender columns from the ground floor.
Modern wooden railings added to this. The space between the 2
central columns has later been enclosed with wood to form a porch.
Rectangular fanlight and 6 panel moulded door. On south-west side,
house adjoins north-western terrace of houses in Washington Street.
