House with shop. Early or mid C18. Painted brick front in
Flemish bond. Slate roof. 2 storeys with garret; 3-window
range. Ground storey has well-preserved early C20 shop front:
2 display windows with curved corners, 4-centred heads with
carved spandrels; house and shop doors with glazed
diamond-shaped panels; entablature with patterned pilasters
attached to frieze. Upper-storey windows segmental-headed with
6-paned sashes. Raised plaster quoins at either end.
Prominent, bracketed, boxed eaves-cornice. 2 gabled dormers
with 10-paned sashes and moulded bargeboards. INTERIOR not
inspected.
