House. Probably C18, remodelled mid C19. Solid rendered front.
Slate roof. Red-brick chimney on each side-wall, that to left
with upper courses projecting to form a cap, that to right
heightened in late C19 red brick; both have louvred pots. 2
storeys; 3-window range. Central doorway with blind window
above. Front flanked by raised quoins. Openings have raised
surrounds with jambs shaped to resemble masonry blocks;
window-surrounds have slightly pointed tops. Round-arched
doorway with keyblock; 4-panelled door with old knocker.
Windows have 8-paned sashes with margin-panes. Eaves cornice
with paired brackets. INTERIOR not inspected.
