Terrace of three cottages, now office and cottage. 1834.
Rusticated sandstone on chamfered plinth; pantile roof with
coped crow-stepped gables and 5 ashlar ridge stacks.
1-1/2-storey 5-bay front, between offset buttresses. From the
left end, second bay has 6-panel door in Gibbsian surround
between single-pane sash windows. Fourth bay has 6-panel door
beneath divided overlight in quoined and chamfered surround
with plain lintel, and single-pane sash to right. Fifth bay
has 6-panel door with overlight beneath flat arch of
voussoirs, and single-pane sash window to right. Remaining
windows are of 2- or 3- mullioned lights. Crow-stepped gabled
half dormer to each bay, with 2-light mullioned window. Window
mullions and reveals are ovolo-moulded. Date on weather-vane
to rear of roof towards left end.
