Terrace of 2 houses. 1768-71. Stucco with limestone dressings,
brick party wall stacks and pantile double-pile roof.
Double-depth plan. Mid Georgian style.
Each of 3 storeys, basement and attic; 3-window range.
Pilasters to a moulded parapet coping, and coped end gables;
No.13 to the left has a right-hand doorway, the right-hand
house has an entrance in the Jubilee Place side elevation; a
tall doorway has a architrave and consoles to a canopy, a good
rectangular fanlight and 6-panel door; plain C20 side door.
Plain, keyed architraves to 6/6-pane sashes, 3/3-panes on the
second floor, and 2 hipped dormers. INTERIOR not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: flagged front areas with railings and
gates with urn finials, and steps up to the doorway, and down
to the basement.
The same design as the rest of Redcliffe Parade West.
Redcliffe Parade East was left uncompleted until the early
C19, and finished to a different design.
