House. c1830. Render with limestone dressings, roof not visible. Double-depth plan. Three storeys and attic and basement level; two window range. York Road elevation has right-hand semicircular-arched doorway and similarly arched stair window above. Rear (principal) elevation has 8/8-pane and 6/6-pane sash windows.
