House. Early to mid C19. Rendered, solid front. Asbestos
slated roof. Red brick chimney on left gable. Double-fronted,
double-depth plan. 3 storeys. Symmetrical front. Ground storey
rusticated and finished with raised band at sill level in
second storey. Matching sill band in third storey. Moulded,
round-arched centre doorway; 4-panelled late C20 door with
plain fanlight over. Windows in all 3 storeys have moulded
architraves, those in ground storey resting on prominent
shaped sills. Middle window in second storey has sashes
containing leaded, multi-coloured glass, probably late C19.
Other windows have 2-light, 2-paned wood casements of similar
date, with 2-paned transom-light above. INTERIOR not
inspected.
