The entrance to No.61 Fore Street is in Mill Head. Pair of end
of terrace houses. Probably late C17 or early C18, altered.
No.60: colour-washed stucco with synthetic slate roof having
box dormer and sharing with No.61 a large brick slab stack
with slate weathering.
2 storeys 2 windows. Square-headed entrance. Recessed sashes.
No.61: Stucco with concrete tiled roof, hipped on return with
dormer.
2 storeys 1 window to Fore Street; Mill Head return sloping to
3 storeys with 4 windows (1 blind). Remains of C19 corner
shopfront with angle entrance. Return with plain entrance to
No.61 to the right of which a 2-pane sash and window below.
1st floor with three 12-pane hornless sashes. INTERIORS not
inspected. All the listed buildings in Fore Street form a
group.
