Gatepier. Probably mid C19. Brick with rubble plinth and
ashlar finial. Panelled pier has brick band below ashlar
cornice with ball finial. One of a pair, the other one of
which is attached to a wall extending from the front elevation
of the 1840s stable block (qv).
