Houses. Early C19. Brick; Welsh slate roof; brick ridge and
end stack. Lobby entry, double-depth plan.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys and cellar; 2-window range: 8/8 sashes
under gauged brick flat arches; 4/8 sashes over (late C19 to
right); brick modillion eaves. Entrances to right: 6
fielded-panel doors and swagged fanlights, under modillioned
flat hoods on consoles; to left, 8/8 sashes under gauged brick
flat arches; painted stone quoins and storeyband.
Left returned side has 8/8 sash under gauged brick flat arch
to ground floor, with 6/6 and 3/6 sash over, under segmental
arches; to left, part-glazed panelled door under segmental
arch and flat hood on consoles. Right returned side has 3/6
sash to 2nd floor.
Rear: 3, 3/6 sashes, over lean-to with 6/6 sash, and 2 storey
wing with 6/6 sash to 1st floor.
INTERIOR: No.3: C19 dogleg staircase with stick balusters and
swan neck rail. 2nd floor: wall cupboard; 3- and 4-panel doors
with architraves; late C19 fire surround. 1st floor: three
6-panel doors with architraves; panelled riser to front
window, with architrave; late C19 fire surround; fanlight.
Ground floor: fanlight; 2-panel doors - 1 part-glazed - with
architraves; wall cupboards; mid C19 fire surround; plank
door. Cellar: 2 plank doors; 6-panel door.
No.4: C19 staircase with stick balusters. 2nd floor: two C19
fireplaces; 4-panel doors. 1st floor: C19 fireplaces; 6-panel
doors. Ground floor: 3 plank doors; C19 fireplace; wall
cupboard; 6-panel door.
