Town house with later shop. Early C19. Incised stucco on
studwork to 2nd floor of front otherwise on rubble; slate
verge on left; rag slate roof; cast-iron ogee gutter. Shallow
double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 3-window range. Original 12-pane
hornless sashes, those to 1st floor within moulded stucco
architraves. Ground floor has wide late C20 window on the left
replacing C19 shop front; house doorway with C20 door on the
right. INTERIOR: not inspected.
