1830. Brown brick; 3 storeys; slightly projecting bay to left of centre with gable
finished as open pediment and with semi-circular headed window at second storey;
4 sash windows overall in plain surrounds with plain lintels and keyblocks; moulded
wood pilaster doorcase with semi-circular head, traceried fanlight and 6-panelled
door; plain eaves; gabled ends; tiles. Wrought-iron railings extended over frontage
with return on left-hand side and including a pair of entrance gates. Railings
surmount a high stone rubble retaining wall.
