DARTMOUTH

GV II

House. Early/mid C19, some C20 modernisation. Plastered stone
rubble, exposed on the right end; end stacks with rendered
brick chimneyshafts, the left one with pots; slate roof.
PLAN: double-depth, 2 rooms wide with central entrance
passage.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys; symmetrical 3-window front, with plaster
lightly blocked out as ashlar and rusticated quoins each end.
12-pane sashes, larger on the ground-floor level. Central
round-headed doorway contains recessed 4-panel door under a
plain fanlight and up one stone step. Plain eaves to parallel
gable-ended roof.
INTERIOR: not inspected but likely to be of interest.
