Offices, formerly house and shop. Mid C19. Rendered front.
Tarred slated roof. Red brick chimney on right-hand side wall.
3 storeys. 3 windows wide. C20 shopfront in ground storey, but
retaining older Doric pilaster at each end; entablature
probably survives behind C20 fascia. Sash windows in upper
storeys, except for middle bay of third storey, which has a
blank round-headed panel with moulded architrave. 6-pane
sashes in the 2 third storey windows. Middle window in second
storey retains upper sash with 1 upright glazing bar. Small
wooden eaves cornice. INTERIOR not inspected. Included for
group value.
