Semi-detached house. c1830. Stucco with hipped slate roof. 3
storeys 3 windows. Central entrance of Tuscan porch with C20
glazed door under an overlight. Porch supports a good
cast-iron balcony at 1st floor level. Flanking the entrance,
later 2-storey canted bays with sashes of 4 horizontally set
panes. Central 12-pane hornless sashes to 2nd and 3rd floors;
3rd floor sashes above bays are tripartite. INTERIOR not
inspected. No.3 Northfield Road (qv) and Northfield House form
a group.
