Mid C19. Stucco. 2 storeys. 2 sash windows without glazing bars rusticated
quoins. Large modern shop with deep fascia. Slate roof with gable ends.
Included for rear elevation which is C18 stucco, 3 storeys, 2 sash Wndows,
without glazing bars, in moulded cases above are two small casements,
steep hipped cement-washed slate roof. Rear elevation group value.

Rear elevations of Nos 12 and 14 facing Church Avenue form a group.
