Early C19 altered, 2 storey, stone ground floor with 2 arched windows, and arched entrance right. Sash windows now without glazing bars. Added attic as 1st floor, with gabled sash dormer window. Slate roof. Front walls of garden, right, stone with round rendered cope 8 and 5 feet high.


End House, The Dower House (formerly Alpha House), Ferry View, Nos 46 to 48 (consec) and Cliff Cottage form a group.
