Small house. Early C19. Coursed sandstone rubble; gabled slate
roof; brick end stack. Double-depth plan, one room wide: 2
storeys; 1-window range. Flat brick arches over C19 four-
panelled beaded door set in beaded architrave to left and 8/8-
pane sashes set in moulded architraves with original shutters to
ground floor; lions' mask brackets to cyma-moulded gutter.
Interior not inspected but noted as having plank doors and a
boxed quarter-turn stair.
