Late C16 in origin with some timber-framing surviving in the rear wall. Largely cob.
Main front of colourwashed rendered cob with four casement windows with glazing bars
per floor. Plank doors. Asbestos roof; formerly thatched.

Interior has some exposed beams of original date. The building is thought to have been
one originally and was later converted to four cottages. Jointed crucks.
