SK 80 NW BRAUNSTON CHURCH STREET (East side)

Pair of cottages, part of a terrace of 3, probably early C18. Coursed rubble
with thatched roof. No. 2 is 1½ storeys, a 2 unit plan with central
doorway and 2-light casement windows with timber lintels, chamfered with
ornate stops. There is a fire-window to the right. Coped gable. Brick
stacks. Rear wing No.4 is a single unit plan, 2 storeys though possibly
heightened. Doorway to left has chamfered timber lintel but windows are
renewed. Brick stack.
